We want you to be happy with your Funny Student Driver order. Because our magnets are made to order, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or accidental orders.

However, we will always work to make things right if your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Returns

Because each magnet is made to order, all sales are final except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect.

Please contact us before returning any product. Items returned without contacting us first may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your magnet arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at support@funnystudentdriver.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

·      your order number

·      a description of the issue

·      clear photos showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Lost in Transit

For packages that appear to be lost in transit, please contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will review the order and work with our production and shipping partners to determine whether a replacement or refund may be available.

Buyer’s Remorse

We do not offer refunds or returns for buyer’s remorse, including:

·      changing your mind

·      ordering the wrong design

·      no longer needing the product

·      accidental purchases

·      dissatisfaction unrelated to damage, defect, misprint, or fulfillment error

Address Issues

Please enter your shipping address carefully at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment costs.

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered because of incorrect information provided by the customer.

Unclaimed Packages

Packages that are not claimed or picked up may be returned by the shipping carrier. If this happens, the customer may be responsible for any costs associated with reshipping the order.

Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Please allow time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process the refund.
